walk pass this silk floss tree every working day. been thinking of writing about it, but didn’t put into action. two almost three weeks on, luckily the tree is still blossoming. silk floss obviously enjoy a long boom time, which is lucky for me to catch the season. the... 長沙灣荔枝角道是條木棉道 a tree cotton path along lai chi kok road (cheung sha wan)

been exploring sham shui po and cheung sha wan recently. love the wide and spacious as well as calm along lai chi kok road. cheung sha wan abattoir that left vacant since 1999 is my favorite spot. it is a govt facility built in the 1960s but stop functioning in 1999. to... it is february. all the plants feature here are common species in this city. the odd thing i have to point out is that the flowering and fruiting seasons seem all too early. evident of climate and seasonal mess-up is everywhere, even though the imagery are pretty. 2017 a walk at mt parker, journal

countryside has become the new hot spot for hongkongers in recent years. people rush to country parks and rural areas over weekends and public holidays. it is more so when weather is good. i started avoiding crowd on blue sky days. last sunday, the sky was grey. i told myself it could be...
