山猪菜/傘花茉欒藤 hogvine (merremia umbellata)

上個月寫過紫色的牽牛朋友,這次有他白色的遠房親戚;同屬旋花科,前者是番薯屬,與牽牛同屬,本文主角則是魚黃草屬。 這白花植物,較草根的名字有「山猪菜」《海南植物志》,無巧不成話,與英文俗名 hogvine 相近。而《廣州植物志》以「傘花茉欒藤」記錄。 值得指出的是,查究中國的植物資料庫,都說這廣東原生植物是草本,只是型態纏繞或平卧,但英語網站則多指她是攀緣植物。 節引《中國植物誌》的描述:『葉形及大小有變化,卵形、卵狀長圓形或長圓狀披針形。葉柄長短不一。聚繖花序腋生,具少花或多花,呈繖形,花序梗長,花冠白色,有時黃色或淡紅色,漏斗狀,瓣中帶明顯具5脈,冠簷淺5裂;雄蕊內藏,花藥不扭轉。』  最愛那黃色花脈如海星般緊刻在柔薄的白色如紙的花瓣上。  近期在一些荒靜的斜坡、草坡都見其影蹤。這些照片是月初在饒宗頤文化館拍攝的。 a while ago wrote about some blue and violet flowers. among which there was the little bell or the three-lobe morning-glory. the flowering plant featuring right here is a relative. both are under the family of convolvulaceae. the purple one is of the genus of ipomoea, and... 金杯藤 cup of gold (solandra maxima)
