藍楹紅影 the blue and red of early summer

今年燕少了 fewer swallows this year

家住西區。過去兩年春季，在石塘咀到西營盤某幾棟舊樓簷下見過燕窩內燕欣欣。可悲的是，今年所有燕窩原址都看不到燕子的影蹤。最大原因，有樓要拆了，也有樓宇經過維修舊巢沒了；而舊巢依舊的幾處，皆是空蕩蕩。另外燕子繁盛區，在香港大學圖書館外一高簷處。不過今年早上去看過數次，有看到燕子，但數目也沒有很多。失落。 i am living in the western district. the past two years i had seen swallows building homes and spending spring in the area. their nests were usually at corners underneath the canopies of old buildings verandah. this year however no more sign these old chinese consider as auspicious activities. the main reason...
